Responsibilities
- Provide effective and concise math instruction using the Mathnasium Method
- Assist in tracking the progress of each student
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned including daily opening and closing tasks
- Contribute to the creation of an engaging and productive learning environment

Requirements:
Personal Traits: Friendly, outgoing, confident, flexible, sense of humor, professional attitude, trustworthy, passionate, excited, and energetic.
Education: No specific educational requirements although completed education should demonstrate a propensity towards and aptitude for math.
Technical Skills: Impeccable math skills up to Algebra I required with skills up to Calculus preferred. This includes Algebra II, Geometry (with proofs), Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus. Applicants will be required to take a math test that covers topics through Algebra I.

- Passionate about teaching mathematics to children of all ages and the ability to communicate that passion to students and parents.
- Experience working with children between the ages of 7 and 17.
- Able to work a minimum of 2 days a week Monday to Thursday 3pm or 4pm start to 8pm. (Weekend hours also available)

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
